How to Track Attendance

The Attendance page in timefixer is characterized by its simplicity, clarity, and focus on key details. It provides only the essential information needed to track your team’s presence, ensuring a clean and distraction-free interface.

The primary feature of the Attendance page is its easy-to-use filtering system. There are six main criteria you can use to refine your data:

  1. Name

    Enter a team member’s name in the search box in the top left corner, or use the first column on the filter bar to quickly find data for a specific member.

  2. Date

    Select a specific day you want to review to check attendance records.

  3. Start and End

    These time range filters allow managers to sort or filter attendance data based on when team members started or ended their workday.

  4. Total Work Hours

    Easily assess how much time your team members spent working. You can filter their work hours by conditions such as " equals," "less than," "more than," or within a specific range.

  5. Department

    Filter by department to view the attendance and productivity of the members from a particular department.

  6. Absent Only

    This filter displays only team members marked as absent — a particularly handy tool for managers tracking attendance issues.
